Fractional CTO Services

Working with Rx3 Consulting is a simple, 3-step process:

1. We start with a free, 30 minute consultation to get to know you and to understand your business goals and requirements. Once you are ready, we will send out NDAs  so we can get started.
2. You purchase a 10-hr retainer block. For your first block, we reserve the first 4 hours for discovery. The first one-hour meeting is a deep dive into your business, the second block is a look into your leadership philosophy, and the third hour is a discussion about 'technology - what a CEO needs to know'. During the fourth hour, we build the plan for maximizing your return on investment with us. 
3. From there, you purchase 10-hr retainer blocks as needed to engage our services.

Our rate is $210 per hour. We operate on a retainer basis where you purchase a 10-hr block for $2100 USD, ahead of any work being performed. We operate this way because it is difficult to deliver a real return on investment if the client is not committed to achieving a tangible benefit from Rx3. We respect that your time is valuable and ask for the same consideration in return.
